VenGrowth Asset Management expands coverage in B.C., Quebec and Atlantic Canada

Growing demand for innovative investment solutions from Criterion Investments increases VenGrowth’s
investment advisor partnerships Canada-wide.

national sales operations with the addition of two experienced personnel.

Based in Vancouver, Scott Miller has joined the firm as Regional Vice President exclusively covering British Columbia.
Based in Montreal, France Laliberté has joined as Regional Vice President exclusively covering Quebec and Atlantic
Canada. Both bring over 10 years of financial services experience and proven ability to support Canadian investment
advisors in their business-building efforts.

The recent additions follow the October 2006 appointment of Stephanie Monson as Regional Vice President covering the
Prairies. Stephanie is based in Calgary.
